First your order needs to be processed, once processed, your order will be shipped. When shipped, we will send you an email including a tracking number. 

We are a small business, so every order is given individual care. Please note that shipping times may be slightly longer than what you're used to due to our size. We appreciate your understanding, and remember, with each order from a small business, we do a little happy dance

    Note: These are approximate times and may be influenced by external factors.

    We currently do not ship to Asia, Africa or the Middle East. Stay updated by subscribing to our email newsletters and following us on social media for the latest updates. Hopefully, we'll be able to ship to the EU soon!

    Missing or Late Package? 

    If your package is missing or arrives late, please contact us. We're here to resolve issues ASAP.

     

    Lost/Stolen Packages

    Gia is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Report any such incidents to your shipping carrier and local police.

     

    Duty Tax 

    Duty tax is rarely applicable, owing to the small overall cost of most orders. Nonetheless, it is the customer's responsibility to verify with local customs.

     

    Order Cancellations 

    Cancellations are accepted only within 1 hour of purchase. No cancellations will be accepted after this period.

    Damaged or Defective Items 

    For a refund or a free re-shipment, email us within 30 days of product delivery.
