Not completely satisfied with your order? And would you like to return your order for a refund? No worries! We have an easy return policy.
- Print and fill out this Return Form and include it in your return package.
You can return the swimwear up to 14 calendar days after receiving your order. You can only return the item if the item is undamaged, unworn, with the tag still attached, and including the inline sticker. The customer is responsible for the return costs.
Ordered your items during a sale/deal?
Sale items can be returned. If you want to return items you bought during a deal, please make sure you send all the products back if you want a full refund. Do you want to keep one or more items? No worries. Please note that your order amount will be recalculated with the products you want to keep.

Refund Policy
If you have purchased anything on Gia Swimwear, but:
- didn’t receive the right products, or
- didn’t receive your products within the guaranteed delivery time (45 days), you get a full refund from us.
However we can’t give you full refund under the following circumstances:
- Your order didn’t arrive due to factors within your control (for example you provided us with the wrong shipping address).
- Your order didn’t arrive due to one or other circumstances outside the control of Gia Swimwear (for example not cleared by customs, or natural disasters).
- Your order has been placed within a sale. In this case you can still change your order amount for other products.
Manufacturing Errors or Damages
If your item arrives with a manufacturing error or damage, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@giaswimwear.com. Kindly provide proof, and we'll gladly replace the damaged item at no additional cost. After this 3-day period, any damage will be considered as caused by the customer and won't qualify for a free replacement.
