For package tracking please visit our tracking page. Note that tracking information may take a few days to update. Didn't receive a tracking code yet? You will receive a tracking code within 2-5 business days after placing the order. During high volume periods (Sale, Holidays, Black Friday etc.) the estimated time could be a bit longer. Didn't receive it yet? Please contact our support. 

How long does shipping take? 

Canada: 7-12 Business Days
US: 7-12 Business Days
Australia: 7-12 Business Days

Will there be a shipping confirmation once the order is placed? 

You will receive an order confirmation mail (check your spam folder if you can't find it). We will update you with a tracking number through email approximately 3-5 working days after you place your order.

Do you ship internationally? 
No, for now we only ship to USA, Australia & Canada.
